By accessing or using WebAnalytics365, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

WebAnalytics365 provides web analytics, click measurement, fraud detection, heatmaps, uptime monitoring, and related tools designed to help website owners and advertisers monitor and optimize their traffic and campaigns.

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Using the platform to track individuals in a way that violates privacy laws.
• Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
• Using the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Injecting malicious code or interfering with the normal operation of the platform.

You are solely responsible for:

• Implementing WebAnalytics365 scripts or tracking codes on your own properties correctly.
• Providing appropriate privacy notices and obtaining any legally-required consents from your users.
• Complying with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and ePrivacy rules.

If you use WebAnalytics365 for click tracking (e.g., with Google Ads), you must ensure that your implementation complies with Google's policies and does not engage in cloaking or misleading redirects. We provide transparent parameters and do not modify your landing pages.

All software, code, logos, trademarks, and content associated with WebAnalytics365 are the intellectual property of TechFirio LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

Paid subscription plans may be charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method. Fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or explicitly stated.

These Terms remain in effect while you use the service. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or if continued service presents security or legal risks.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebAnalytics365 and TechFirio LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebAnalytics365, TechFirio LLC, and their officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

We may update or modify the service and these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
